Arnaud Le Cat (2009 graduate student), Esther Bacot (2009 graduate student) and Luther Quenum (2011 graduate student), have won the Émile Hermès Priceas Unqui designers with their project “Shelved cooking”.

This year, the theme on which participants worked was: heat, me-heat, re-heat.
The answer from Unqui designers was this kitchen inspired by traditional Norwegian cooking techniques allowing the preparation of meals with a maximum energy saving.

Unqui had already distinguished themselves on the cooking theme during a Strate Collège partnership with the brand Lapeyre organized by VIA.
