What interests Dyson most in this academic project is the
students' research and approach to make the product, rather than the
finished product itself.
The finalist projects
are:
"Adap'Table" by Polly BROTHERWOOD from
ENSAD "Yourban
Garden"
by Ariane PRIN from ENSAD "CAP'UCHE" by Marguerite HERLANT from
ENSAD "Luz" by Benjamin
GRANDORGE and Anne FONTAIMPE from
ENSCI "Softfridge" by
Grégory PRADAL from Esad Reims "HUB" by Emmanuel YEME from Camondo
school "Communication & Handicape" by Zhou Lei from Strate Collège Designers
"Exaequo" by Sophie HEDDE from Strate Collège
Designers
These eight projects, exhibited from
November 6th to December 15th
2006, have been selected by Dyson because
they reprensent a radical approach of design and bring innovating
solutions to daily life problems.
Sophie HEDDE's project is on the conception of a small
sail boat adapted to handicapped people. It will also be exhibited at the
Salon Nautique in December 2006 (Porte de Versaille, Franck Roy's
